Who we are
Usul Ventures is a capital markets and strategic advisory firm headquartered in Istanbul, with offices in the Netherlands, the United States and London. We connect companies in Türkiye with financing, investors and the capital markets of Türkiye, London and the United States.
The firm is listed in OTC Markets Group's Premium Provider Directory. Our founders are corporate lawyers and co-authors of a reference work on listing companies on international stock exchanges — the practice rests on procedural command and disclosure discipline.
